My favorite is the double layer pumpkin pie (no bake). It is so easy and yummy! You can usually find the recipe on Philadelphia cream cheese or cool whip. It combines cream cheese, vanilla pudding, cool whip and various spices to make the bottom layer. I never have leftovers...

My family favorite pumpkin recipe is pumpkin pancakes. It is a carnation recipe but there are many others on the web.

THE PUMPKIN SWIRL CHEESECAKE IS A MUST EVERY THANKSGIVING... WE "KICK IT UP A NOTCH" FROM THE PLAIN PUMPKIN PIE.

The dessert dishes sound good, like the pie and cheescake. However, I'm not sure I would try the soup or lasanga.

I LOVE pumpkin desserts & my favorite is a pumpkin roll made with a spice cake recipe & cream cheese. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water...YUMMY!

The best is our family's Halloween dinner tradition - Dinner in a Pumpkin. Everything is thrown in the pumpkin and then throw the pumpkin in the oven. Fun and delish!

I have been making a stuffed pumpkin dish from a recipe my Mother gave me when I married in 1978. It is delicious and easy to make! Being from New England pumpkins are a staple this time of year. It's nice to see others exploring the variety of foods one can prepare from the simple pumpkin!
