This is the way I make a grilled cheese. Read the whole thing you might like it. Do every thing you would normally do. Butter the bread. Slice the amount of cheese you would normally to put in the middle. then slice one or two extra. Get some Parmesan cheese doesn't matter if it is grated or in the can. Sprinkle it on one of the buttered pieces of bread and smash it in. Now put the one that does not have the parm in the pan. Put the cheese in the middle leaving the 1 or 2 extra piece that you cut to the side. Put the other piece of bread with the parm on top. Grill until golden brown or to your likeness and flip, Now put the extra cheese on top of the bread. Wait until the Parmesan has turned a good looking golden brown. Now flip back over, so the cheese is face down in the pan. Wait about a minute until the cheese is crispy. Then enjoy. I like to use french or sourdough bread, and Cheddar cheese, but you can experiment with whatever you think sounds good. That's how I got this delectable idea.

I always tend to add mustard, pickles, sometimes fry up some turkey or ham and add that to it...with a combo of good old american cheese and mozzarella...for the best stringy cheese-tastic experience. *drools*
