Find a fat free or low fat Sweet & Spicy French dressing, really good, my local grocery store even has a generic version of it.

You want a yummy healthy salad dressing, take extra virgin olive oil (greek preferred) in dark bottle, pour it in another empty bottle, squeeze 2 lemons in there, add some seal salt, oregano, and and half a tea spoon of organic sugar. shake it well and you've got yourself an awesome salad. If you don't care for lemon add some organic apple cider vinegar, tastes great.

This is great! I'm going to try these dressings. There's nothing like really good food. Yahoo does it again! I love the way you are on track with health - I didn't notice it until lately. Our country really needs it! Many peoples' nutrition is like we are a 3rd world country, and we could taste the good stuff and benefit! I am trying to promote health too, on www.greenforchrist.com and tell how to read labels. If you do not read labels and know what to avoid, at least cook or make your own (like these) and enjoy better health!

I chose to eat whichever salad dressing I like but...I use much less than the average person. Everything in moderation!

cardini's fat-free caesar dressing. oh. my. god. it is absolutely delicious, and i haven't found one person yet that didn't like it. :) i also like to add just a touch of grated parmesan / romano... but not too much. snowmamm1410 was right: "everything in moderation!" (side note: i once tried the regular(?) / light(?) because the store was out of the fat-free, thinking it would be just as good -- if not better, if that's possible -- and surprisingly, i didn't like it at all!)
