i suppose, if you add nasty hamburger meat, sour cream and shredded cheese you could theoretically make any meal into a "mexican meal under 15 mins" but why would you want to. really people lets call it what it is. americanized laziness. don't call it mexican food. it gives all a bad name.

This is to eply # 6 !! You are right Non-Mexican's put these recipies up, and ppl like you have issues with that...ok I can see why you have a good reason but on the other hand why is it that Mexican's don't go and put recipies up? They can easely post it online or even send it to Yahoo or any other place to have published??!! on top of it now days it's hard to find authentic mexican food( same food as you would eat at home) in restaurants it's all a form of tex-mex or mexican food americanaized....

Who cares if it's not "authentic". Calling this stuff mexican food is like calling the food at a chinese restaurant "chinese". Or calling spaghetti from the Olive Garden "Italian" All that matters is that it tastes good. So GET OVER YOUR "It's Not Authentic" SELVES.

I'm mexican, i'm living in mexico and i've never herd about these meals. those are terrible mutations of original version made by pseudo-chefs in United States.

yay! now any random white american girl can cook food with tortillas, avocados, and mole sauce and by default it can be mexican food!
yay for authentic, traditional mexican food!

why all the complaints? the title doesn't say "authentic mexican food" ....... if you don't like it, don't make it. i think we all know these recipes are not authentic, much like most mexican food restaurants in america...

Why is it all you Mexicans have to come to this to post negativity? Nobody cares if it's authentic or not, it taste good. probably better than "authentic". Go stand outside Del Taco, Taco Bell, El Pollo Loco, or Baja Fresh and complain, we don't wanna here it.

we NON hispanics could really care less if this is what you eat or dont eat, we like what we like. and if you dont like it, or this country or the fact that we speak english here, then go back to wherever you came from ......please!

i hate it when whites decide to screw up true mexican food and then claim they learned it from a mexican friend. turkey nachos, where you whites bored and decided to make mexican food healthy. wake up call, mexican food is the best food of all without yall screwing it up

Of course these aren't authentic. It says in 15 minutes or less. Most authentic Mexican takes all day. They didn't say authentic mexican so for those latinos out there who keep replying that way. We get it! This is supposed to be quick and healthier.

Crazy white people trying to make up food and say that its mexican.. the only mexican maybe is the bunellos they named under cinnamon crisps.. if you want mexican food ask a hispanic or mexican.. if u want food such as picadillo.. or any type of soup.. rice..enchiladas or whatever don't ask someone that has never been to mexico or apparently doesnt know the food.. Crabs?? mexican people don't have the luxury to be buying crab
