I think we definatly american-ize food. I know I have been to Italy and China and there food wasn't anything like what Italian or Chinese food is here. But that doesn't mean it isn't yummy here!

Americans interpretation of Mexican cuisine is quite... fascinating to tell the least. Not quiet close, tasty or delicious as it should be Fast food close only.
