Ham for Easter? Are you insane? Jesus didn't eat pork...this is an insult to my religion. I want Yahoo to get this recipe off right now or I will file a lawsuit. And I'm not joking.

Are you serious Bill? Ham is a Easter tradition and for every other holiday. Jesus doesn't care what you eat as long as you are celebrating him and your with family. I found the recipe quite helpful.

Bill, your village called. They miss you.
As for the recipe, my family makes almost the exact same thing when we do ham *only we add a drop of ketchup-seriously-to the mustard and mix it up. It comes out delish, so this has to be a winner.

Bill, I think it is time for you to get over yourself. It is a insult to my religion that you would even say that. GET OVER IT or I will sue you! SERIOUSLY!!!!!! There is a center point to this universerse and dude it ain't you. This recipe looks great!

Well Bill, sounds like you've been kicked out of the kitchen.
I like using cola. Easy and turns out great.
PS...if Jesus could, he would be eating ham too.

Lawsuit Go ahead, I happen to be an attorney, this is a public domain, with public views, dont like what you hear or read, move on somewhere else, possibly to Iraq?? Leave your religious beliefs to yourself. It is a Family tradition here in the south to have ham for Easter dinner, not a religious preference.

oh I almost forgot -
Hey Maggie, I just this instant found your column on a Google search for how to make a grilled cheese sandwich (that's how unskilled I am as a chef), and now you're my new food guru!

Sweet baby Jesus....is there anything else that matters to you, BILL. I mayself want a fresh ham [one that hasn't been cured] as they make the best pork roasts.

Hey, everyone, Bill was obviously being funny and pointing out a little fact too. Satire.
Though I hope in some way everyone was in on the joke at least on some level and actually attacking the concept of such a character.
But yeah, I thought the same thing. Ham on Easter? Imagine Christ looking down on you while watching you eat pork. LOL
Some christians still go by the kosher food laws. One scholar pointed out to me the passage in the Bible that allows those to eat anything but if you read it, it would lead you to believe that the kosher laws are still in a effect. He pointed out how (I don't remember it all) how he was in a trance like state and thus was being tempted by the devil. Interesting perpective indeed.
I still eat pork though.

Bill...I think it's cool that you want to be obedient. Not too many people care anymore. If a person is a true believer and follower of Jesus Christ, then God directs him/her on an individual basis when it comes to all the externals. The only unforgivable act is refusing to believe (put simply)....right? If eating pork is sin to you then I say Don't Do It!! Peter's vision with all the animals on the blanket seems to say that all food is OK, but there's a lot of dispute about that among theologians.

Get over yourself, "Bill". I respect your religious preferences -- I expect you to respect mine. There are many religions in the world who do NOT have dietary restrictions. File your lawsuit -- you will lose.

Wow! Alrighty then . one: If Jesus was a Jew in ancient times He would not have eaten ham (pork). Two: the celebration of easter is borrowed from many of the ancient European nature based religions much like most of the holidays in the Christian calendar. Three: Bill calm down boss . Ham is delicious although being a Muslim I can't eat it . So I settle for turkey ham. So on the one hand it is " unclean" and then on the other hand Christ is to have said " Whatever procedes from a man mouth from his heart is that what makes one unclean" If people want to eat something Christ would probably never touched its cool- let G*d be the judge..after all " There are none who are righeteouss no not one." P.S. I love rabbits they make me : ) Peace.
