Daily Olive was founded by creative entreprenuer, Robert Yang of Los Angeles, Calfiornia. Since earning an architecture degree in 1984 from UC Berkeley, Robert has worked on the business side of many creative ventures including architecture, interior design, product design, graphic design, computer animation, and internet web development. As publisher and editor of Daily Olive, Robert found a channel that combines his knowledge of internet business development, love of modern design, curiousity of finding beautiful objects, and joy of meeting interesting people.
Robert's company, Curious Ventures, publishes a second online magazine, Coochicoos, featuring contemporary design news and products for babies and their modern parents. As a creative guy who easily bridges the gap between design and commerce, Robert also works as an e-commerce strategist helping design-focused companies build their businesses online.
