Today, I found this interesting cheese board by designer Michael Aram ($64), and it inspired me to see what other interesting cheese "accessories" I could find.
Seeing these stainless steel and porcelain cheese markers ($20 for 4 from Pottery Barn) reminded me that we're always asking "what is that?", so of course, this is a great way to let your guests know what new cheeses they're trying.
Here's an elegant touch to let your cheese come to room temperature without drying out under this glass cheese dome ($42) from Williams Sonoma. I say choose "C" for cheese as your monogram.
Finally, I don't find Spanish Marcona almonds served often enough with cheese, and I hope you give these sauteed and sea-salted wonders a try.
