you can pretty much eat anything you want as long as you work out regularly and hard...find something you like to do because you like to do it - not to burn off your food. So many people don't exercise regularly. You've got to make it a priority in your daily routine just like brushing your teeth - even if it means getting up at 6 a.m.

been eating "fit for life". says fruit will stay in the stomach only 30 min., then into the intestines to be absorbed. Eat fruit only on an empty stomach, and wait a half hour before you eat lunch. I've never been in as good shape, with energy to boost. Plus you can eat what you want as long as you add fresh veggies. Please read the fit for life book and see if it isn't amazing. When I overdo it, the next morning is back to fruit only. It doesn't take very long to get used to.

I definitely agree with the drinking more water as I believe it helps to flush fat from the system. I also believe in the eating less or healthier foods the next day in conjunction with more exercise. It seems to work :) Great post, thank you for sharing it!

I saw that Kate Moss drinks a mangosteen juice supplement and she feels she does not get hangovers and it makes her skin glow -probably would be great to try after an over-indulgence: See home page: www.referralco-op.com :o)
