    Oh, you guys....Sub0 was just messin' with you! I just laughed when I read it. People that really have this disorder don't go around telling people they have it. It's a secret they are trying to deal with. She was so upfront about it, I knew she was kidding.

    How about portion control? You can still have a good time at any party, BBQ, wedding or wherever you have to go too. Just be cautious on what you do eat and drink. I work for Weight Watchers and have been doing it for years and that is what it's all about is portion control. Sub0 looks like you need help! or she was just joking with everyone but it's not something to take lightly as that is a disease that women and some men have and it's dangerous.

    sub0, throw-up, that is a terrible suggestion. If you are doing that you need to seek some help. I think working out, vegies, fruit and water work great. It helps to balance out everything.

    Definitely stick to only veggies, fruit and water on Monday, and you will lose all the weekend weight by Tuesday.

    Gosh, guys..,lighten up on sub0. I agree, she was talking about a hangover. Name-calling gets no one anywhere. I think the reality is that we all pig out on occasion and don't make healthy choices, so I appreciate some advice on what to do when that happens. More exercise, water less carbs and fruit and veggies seems like it would help.

    The day after a weekend binge, I eat about 500 less calories, drink more ice tea, water and diet coke and walk that extra mile. Throughout the week,I do the same. My husband does the same. He's right there with me, walking and talking. He hates it when I do the "dieting talk". Walking and talking a few times a week makes us look good on his Harley. LOL!

    Throw up...? Yuk...! That's nasty, painful, stupid, and designed for Anorexia if you know what I mean. Better yet, moderation & exercise for the rest of the week. But, if you insist on the throw up crap, put it in a plastic bag and use it as broth for the "veggie soup". That really out to make you throw-up...!!!

    Why don't more women mow their own lawn? If u women weren't on the internet all day and so high maintenance, u would lose weight mowing the lawn...It is very good exercise...Then u can learn how to use the weed-eater to really spruce things up! Thank GOD for my father in law making his daughter begin mowing when she was 11...She KNOWS that it is SUPER exercise! It also makes for a better marraige! Get off your BUTTS today ladies and GET TO MOWING!

    Eating Pattern Disturbances, yes that is what we are talking about. Try getting the book written by The Calorie King Carbohydrate, fat, protien counter. Looking up quickly your food choices and choosing proerly is great and easy. Eat what you want just know the calories and fats in them to adjust portions. It is fabulous and contains every food grown on earth, even has 200 restaurants and every manufactured processed food know to humans. Throwing up? One cannot undo the acid damage to the esophagus from the digestive juices in your vomit...called esphogitis. Brushing your teeth and drinking water afterwards will not even rinse the lining properly to clear the cells. Leads to cancer and removal of the esophagus leaving the human to be fed IV or through a G-tube. That is lovely for the body image, a tube hanging out of your pants is alway a nice clothing accessory. Oh and the tooth loss in your 30+ years that always looks great too... leaving one skinny, toothless with cancer breath. Try the book instead, it even comes with a journal and exercise log. Very highly recommended to persons that want to monitor food intake and be able to adjust at home or restaurants. Even can find it online at thecalorieking.com Really. The tubes or cancer are not diet recommendations usually accepted. Good luck, enjoy your life.

    Life shouldn't be about overindulging one day and "detoxing" the next. What a miserable way to live. Know how to enjoy without overindulging (i.e., one cookie instead of five) and you'll be fine. It's all about lifestyle versus dieting.

    purging is never a good idea for anyone to do. i have always had an issue with my weight. everyone always says u look great but i didnt c it that way. but as i get older i realize more and more its about control and it takes minutes to put the weight on and takes forever for it to come off!

    I like to go for an hour run the day before I party and then on monday a long hour run and some situps. I also try not to drink for the rest of the week to make up for the weekendl If you just get back on track on monday, then I don't feed as guility for a little indulgence on the weekend. You have to reward yourself sometime. Life is too short to worry about it to much. Don't stress and I would not recomend throwing up on purpose. It is not a healthy way to try and undo what you did all day. Throwing up not only depleates you and wares you down the next day even more. I think it is good to eat somthing before going to bed after drinking all day. It soaks up all the alchol. Also, It is a bad habit to think it is okay to purge after partying because that becomes habit, and then it can become usual practice at other times just because you eat too much cake or cookies, then too much anything and guess what. all of the sudden you might realise you are now starting to have a eating disorder. Purging is not the anwser. I do not think it is somthing to joke about. A lot of people suffer form eating disorders, and It is not cool to make it sound okay to do that. There are other ways to loose the weight. Also if you think that purging is the only way well then guess what this could mean serious trouble for you.

    Everybody is worried about their weight and health. Thanks great!! But everybody cheats a little which is good to keep everything in perspective. My advice is to take care of your weight and health before it is too late and you wind up in a no win situation. Please check your family medical history thoroughly for high blood pressure, cancer, diabetes, cholesterol, and any other inheritable disease. Prevention is a big part to save yourself.
