After watching my weight for years I am aware of the pitfalls of Fast Food Restaurants. However, taking a bite out of an onion and getting a mouthful of fat should be an obvious sign of an unhealthy dish.

I think it is safe to say I've eaten my last Onion Blossom.

I can see now why most of my meals are home-cooked. I then know what I am eating. The effort is well worth the peace of mind and the cost is minimal by comparison.

For other resturant info try going to www.dwlz.com and clicking on resturants. It's a FANTASTIC site, especially for those of us on WW

Why would you need an article to tell you what is healthy and what isn't? It's common sense! Stop eating out so much and workout...that is all you need. Why do you all seem so surprised? You don't need nutritional facts for McDonald's, Outback, etc...Get off your butts cook healthy food and workout! Stop being lazy!
