#26, I am with you 100% !! You are so right. This article is for people who visit thed dentist often, like every 6 mos., not for the ones that don't brush their teeth 2x a day at least, and floss out all the "yukies" from their teeth and gums. Brush at night before going to bed, this helps a lot.

What ever happened to brushing your teeth or mouth wash? I'm just going to stick to the old fashion way, but you guys can waste your time and suck on a lemon if you so choose..

first, bad breath is from 2 things - rotting food between your teeth and/or a stomch problem (vile smelling stomch gas - yuk!?), which is where the really bad smells come from, so using "things that clean your teeth" will not help this AND all non-suger sweetners are BAD FOR YOU and can cause stomch problems, digetive problems etc. so that's a poor solution.......try brushing your teeth, eating well.....the rest is BS hype as usual.

Grateful for these tips. Somewhat eccentric but I used to keep peanuts by my bed and found if you scrunched on a handful early in the morning it cleared the damage caused by a heavy night instantly.
