Thanx for the information. But i prefer Brushing my teeth after a meal which helps alot. If not that twice a day; morning and at night before going to bed.

Why would anyone chew on mint leaves and a bowl full of coriander anise and fennel seeds when you can go to the store and buy some altoids for a couple bucks?

Sounds interesting. Will try when needed, but I have to also say lemon is so bad for your teeth. My mom messed her's up that way, so please warn people.

CM0072002-- I agree with you regarding food particles left in between teeth being one cause of bad breath, but I think this article was discussing bad breath produced by such things as onions and garlic, which when digested, are released in the blood stream and when you breathe, are breathed out in sulphuric odors.

Not a bad topic for the morning after a long weekend party night, and you wake up in your friends house with no tooth brush. I guess you'll just have to ransack their kitchen.
