    I use powered milk in my tub. You can buy it in any grocery store. I keep some in a cup and i make a thick milk mask. It's great, it make my skin look beautiful and soft.

    I have tryied milk made from avon, and I loved it. I will try the powdered milk to see it's change. Thanks for the read.

    Tammy B it might be a great way to get the some of the goodness of milk into your system with out the side effects' ask your Doc first though.

    what does one do after a milk bath? do you rinse with water or just towel off the milk?

    Lexy, with tea you should use the chilled tea bag. The milk is easier to apply since you can use it in a bath.
