Wow. People need to read and understand.This article is about dental health, and yes common sense will tell you, if something you put in your mouth (like soda) is going to effect your teeth in a negative way, of course it isn't going to have an all around positive effect on the rest of your body.

brush teeth thoroughly 2x(nite & morning)use mix of toothpaste and baking soda(keep baking soda in plastic ketchup dispenser,brush tongue,rinse w/mouthwash or hydrogen peroxide,eat an antacid tablet mid day,drink water and swish-----watch your mouth

Well I love cheese too but it doesnt love me so I have stopped eating so much of it.
And I do eat vegetables as much as I can and fruit as well.
Oh the comment about carrots and apples are true my dentist has told that I can eat them if I cut them up.
I am a bit bummed about the bread comment I love bread and so forth :) The only kind I wonder about is Wonder Bread it is tasts like it hasnt been baked enough

mmconsult2003 hopefully your dentist meant biting into large carrots can be bad news, particularly if your teeth are already weak for some reason. It has been well researched and shown beneficial to eat (small) raw veggies like carrots. Perhaps there was some other reason your dentists were recommending you to stay away from carrots. For most people it is a good thing!

Trry to eat more fresh and natural food coock on fire or boil lots of veg,fruits, whole grain, exercise eat less and breath more fresh air and have a piece of mind, you know you finally wil be die. so do,not be wory about anything.MT
