    Wow, it amazing how simple... yet statsfiying foods that you have commonly in your pantry would have so many health benefits. Very informative i've took notes on some of them.

    Two other wonderful sources of omega-3 fatty acids, which are not mentioned here for some unfathomable reason, are hemp (NOT marijuana) and flax seeds. That's hemp seeds, as in the hemp which contains so little THC that it's impossible to use as a psychoactive drug. You can add these seeds to almost anything (yogurt, cottage cheese, salad, etc.). For hemp seeds, the company to go to is Manitoba Harvest. You can find flax seeds at any health food store, maybe even Whole Foods.

    Learned an old trick from the hulkster himself. Rub a little avacado on ur cobra...it will make it blow up within weeks.

    My favorite food is a Blueberry. I love blueberry pancakes, waffles, smoothies and muffins. I promote blueberries as a staple dietary item.

    It isn't your skin that makes you look old. It's the extra 150 pounds you put on that makes you look old. The active mountain women I see look great over 40 even with wrinkles and no makeup. The fat city dwelling slugs look like death when they're in their twentys even with smooth skin. You can't buy it or eat it. You have to LIVE it.
