Do this and you will be amazed. At 54 people think I am 39, no kidding. I do not smoke, drink or eat junk food. Ayurveda teaches that we are what we eat and become what we think about. Take care of your body, respect your mind and find something you love to enjoy every day. Life becomes a blessing when we live in respect. Namaste, ya'll.

Eggs have been added and removed from the list of healthy foods so many times its hard to say. Though i've never heard of them being good for skin..just a good source of protein. I would say no because most of the meat and eggs we eat are raised and slaughtered using inhumane practices (and that's besides the vast amounts of chemicals and hormones they use) Whatever benefits you might have recieved have now been altered and poisoned. Your best bet would be organic eggs from free-range, hormone, and chemical free chickens. But even then the regulations are so loose there is no guarantee.

From personal experience I have found that drinking lots and lots of spring water does the trick for me. I am a 45 year-old woman expecting my third child this May (a surprise). I feel as if I'm 30 years-old! My friends and family think I look at least ten years younger than I am. I also believe that fresh air and sunshine have a great benefit! Take care of you!

kiwi has more vitasmin C in it than any other citrus fruits. Eat kiwi if you don't like the sour taste of oranges or lemons.

I enjoy berries and fresh squeezed juices... So, in order to get it all everyday- a morning and evening smoothie is recommended... Grabbing some blueberries, strawberries and bananas- fresh squeezed orange juice, ice- a scoop of frozen yogurt for sweetness- and you are good to go. For a late evening quencher-take a juicer and juice carrots and apples into a great tasting fresh juice- and enjoy! Real simple ways to ensure you are getting the vitamins your body needs.
