You get energy from food. Energy makes you feel good. Which do you think gives you the most good energy? A fruit or vegetable grown in the earth nourished by the sun and rain or a Big Mac, killed processed and fried? It's pretty simple.

It's good to know that the "fastfood" world is slowly recognizing the "healthfood" world! This has to be one of the best food articles I've read in the last two months, and I've read at three over the last six months that really shout hurrah's for smart, healthful foods. The old adage "You are what you eat" is now joined another "You are what you don't eat," so now it's both an admonishment and a warning.
I once read that the spinach-eating Popeye was contrived to get kids to eat the green slop and it worked. Just as his girlfriend Olive-oil (that was her name) may have encouraged the awareness of that great food. Spinach made into a creamed stew with olive oil is one of the best foods on the planet. Go figure!

Really yummy spinach receipt, Beware extremely addicting!!!
4 hard boiled eggs
1 bottle of bacon bits(I use way less, but depends on the person)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup veggie oil
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp vinegar
1 Pound of baby spinach
This can get soggy pretty quick, so best when served right away.
This is a really large amount, I always cut it in half when I make it for my husband and I. Tonight I'm going to try it with grilled chicken, yummy. It's a great feel good food. I'm so glad this was posted big help. When I'm stress I always have a little peice of dark chocolate. =D
