They said why you should each the items in the "Load up on" column but didn't say why you SHOULDN'T eat the items in the "cut down on" column. It implies that these items increase wrinkles....hmmmmm.

Brewers Yeast should be included since it slows down the aging process. I have been taking a teaspoon of it everyday since I was 27 and it apparantly works since I still get carded at age 52. People guess my age as 30.

All meat consumed by humans is rotting flesh. It begins to rot the minute it is removed from its life source - i.e., when the animal is slaughtered.

what a bunch of propaganda..........................i know people who have eaten meat and high fat foods three times a day, for decades, and they look twenty years younger than their actual ages of 79 thru 84. it's all about genes!

I too was curious why red meat would be eliminated. I believe in balance and whole foods. I agree sugar lacks in the benefits department along with processed foods that line grocery store shelves. But meat and vegtables are where it is at! I am in my thirties and when I buy wine I still get carded. Alot of people probably do too..... But people never, ever, ever believe I have 5 kids!

Aight, I gotta go with Art S on this and say eat what you want and live life to the fullest, don't point the finger at others because they eat differently and definitely stop being so dadgumnit worried about everything. We are all going to die one day, no one lives forever, nor does beauty. I am told that I am beautiful all of the time, which I don't agree, but to me, beautiful is empty. There is more to me than beauty. I am happy because I do what I want (like eating) and I don't fret the small stuff that science has to say. HOME REMEDIES is more important to me and most illnesses are not necessarily permanent.............?????

I eat meat in moderation. I look 10 years younger than I am and my blood work all indicates my health is very good. My boss is a vegetarian and he is a heart attack waiting to happen. In his late 30's he is overweight, has high blood pressure, cholesterol and high triglycerides. Why? Because if you look at his overall diet it is high in fat and calories. Cheese, oil, sour cream; all the stuff that makes veggie food taste good. Diet is about the whole and not eating certain foods and then recking it with bad overall habits.

i believe that wrinkles are contributed to way of life rather than foods you eat. stress causes wrinkles! some people have it a hell of a lot easier than others, some never have to worry about a da@4 thing. A woman being treated like a princess-pet is obviously going to look better than a woman being abused by her husband or a single mother of unruly children. A man with a easy-going life and desk job would look younger than a man who works digging ditches on the side of the road in 100 degree heat every day. screw the food thing, eating healthy is helpful, yes, but there are other reasons people age differantly besides food!!!

Enjoy what you like to eat and let the others suffer alone. Portions is the answer and the person who is willing to experience different foods also help not only your body but your state of mind to great health and beauty.

I guess I TRY to eat healthy but really don't. A lot of how old you look is due to genetics. I am 36 but most people who don't know me well think that I am about 23. My Mother's age didn't start to show until just a few years ago. She is 60 but looks about 48. She just started showing some crows feet and a little sagging in her chin. I hope I will be as lucky as her, things are looking good so far. I think the big thing is to stay away from smoking, drinking, tanning and doing drugs more than anything else. I have plenty of friends that eat impeccably well but embibe in these other activities and are far older looking than I even though some are much younger.

Most everything in moderation people. Its our insufferable obsession with looking a certain way, weighing a certain amount, etc that has all our panties in a wad. Life is so short. Be healthy, exercise, don't smoke, don't drink in excess, eat a colorful variation of foods, mix the red meats with the white, and try to go leaner on the cuts because that DOES in fact make a difference... get plenty of sleep. Love those around you, be kind to strangers, try to impact the world for good. THAT is what will make a difference on your LIFE. Slow down, enjoy the important things in life and love love love. Stop freaking out about the rest.

Live mostly off fried chicken, roast beef and fried okra cooked in lard - the more the better. Do I have wrinkles? Yeah. I look like a prune. Forty-six and look not a day over sixty-six. I've earned every one of those damned wrinkles baby and no one is going to take them away from me.

red meat is part of your diet. Wrinkles are a natural, they are suppose to happen thats great that you look like your 19 at 29 most people who look young as have the same affect as a young person. how many 40 or 50 year old people take advise from a 19 year old just because you look younger do you really yield the respect as a person that has a little tread. trying to looking young longer is a vain thing its how you feel on the inside that make you young. If you do look young great but let nature take its course. I grayed prematurely at 18 an it never bothered me it had nothing to do with what i ate

As a fifty-six-year-old I would have to say that I'm pretty much living with the wrinkle-prevention diet anyway. Does it work? People guess me at much younger and my hair is still not grey. I frankly think cigarettes are a more significant factor judging from lifelong smokers I've known and the fact that many of them are showing far too many lines for their age.

Over the years, I ate pretty much what I wanted, just had limits on how much butter or sugar I used. I think today's food is full of chemicals and that is what is so bad for us. I stay away from artificial sweeteners, they are so bad for you! Also any diet things! Just watch how much I eat, take it easy on meat, and exercise regularly. Stress is also a real killer on the body and face!

Common sense tells you to eat with moderation, fruit and veggie's will always be good for you. Moderation is something most people do not understand. Common sense should also tell people to use spell check before they submit published materials.

With Ted Nugent, I'm of the kill it aand grill it group. My wife and i eat mainly venison for our red meat. We are in our mid 50's and most people think we're much younger. I agree the veggies are good, right next to the meat.
