I get secret pleasure from having veggie friends over for dinner and mis-assuring them "Of course this dish was made with vegetable stock." Long live carnivorism!

How is eating meat inhumane? The animal feels no pain while you are eating its flesh because it's dead. Killing an animal quickly and painlessly is perfectly humane - there is no suffering involved. People who work in slaughterhouses butchering animals for our tables aren't suffering either - its as much a part of life as it has been for most humans since the beginning of time. You've been living a sheltered and sanitized life and you've chosen to be a Vegan/vegetarian. That's fine, but don't try to force your lifestyle choice on me. I'm eating meat for good. We hunt for our food, taking deer (venison) that is 'organically grown, free-range meat'; it lives out its life free in the wild and is killed quickly and humanely without any suffering. Venison, as it turns out, is very healthy, too. And we certainly don't suffer eating tender Venison Marsala!

Home, home on the range... where the deer and the BUFFALO roam. Where silence is heard... a discouraging word... and the store says they've been out of it... all day!

I think Trader Joe's has buffalo burger patties in their frozen section if that helps. I've heard they're very flavorful, though haven't quite wrapped my mind around eating buffalo/bison yet!

i have been on the Genotype Diet for 3 months. My Genotype is "Hunter". Therefore, I eat Buffalo a LOT. It is very lean and very tasty. Animals were put on this earth to be eaten by man. It is the circle of life. I have lost 13 lbs on this diet and it requires my type to eat high protein. Yea Team Meat!!!!!

I've been eating bison for years and I love it. Being from Wyoming and having access to buffalo at an early age I really didn't know there was much of a differace. Now that I have moved elseware and don't get to have bison very often...I miss that sweet, rich taste. You can order it online at several places if you just look. "LOVE THAT BISON"
