If you pray to the almighty Cthulu until your insanity is rent unto slivers, then and only then, will you achieve lasting fulfillment. Anxiety, fear, doubt and misery will fade as sure as the blood of the immolated dries into dust and blows away in the wind. The answer, my friends, is not in food. It is in serving the Elders until they reclaim this realm via their celestial tentacles . . . .

Not bad. All but #6 has some scientific rationale. However, #6 is a joke - perhaps the author of the article has some monetary connection to Tazo Chai tea...

I agree 100 %. I have been focusing on all mentioned. I am almost never sick, eventhough I'm 76 years old.

Dark chocolate is one of my favorites. I eat a little tiny square after dinner almost every night. Additionally, the antioxidents in it are great for you. Here's another list of top comfort foods for relieving stressing: http://www.stop-anxiety-panic-attack.com/top-ten-comfort-foods.html

I thought when I srated reading this there would be some "ACTUAL" stress relieving remedies. It was just the same old nonsense to fill a page. UGH. How about some really truthful, scientifically studied remedies for stress?????

Alcohol should be avoided, because It is depresses the CNS "central nervous system" in the same manner as lets say benzos. But after the alcohol has worn off, It becomes a stimulant because of the Dehydration, left over sugars. People with anxiety should always drink allot of water, and take b vitamins.
