    Drinking water is a good thing it does help out the ole digestive tract, alot of people who are constipated don't drink enough water. When you get constipated your large intestine is absorbing all your water and when you get the trotts it is not taking any water in. Well enough said, just don't drink to much at once or you could fall over dead!!!

    I used to be 175 lbs, now 155 lbs in three months. Started exercising 3 to 4 days a week. I will not miss my breakfast & lunch. My dinner 1 banana. I need to have sex every day.That's my mantra. I am 52 years , but people will mistake me for 35.

    Most of this is good common sense advice, but you still need a sound diet plan. I have lost 37 pounds so far on the 9th Law Diet, and still going strong. For the first time in my life, I am in control. I actually feel confident that I can do it. I actually like myself. Jill

    I practice taking more water for two month,contant training,less fatty food,less food but i keep growing big.pls i need your help am only 24 yrs and dnt also want to loose my guy just bcos am big

    A very good way to lose weight and keep the pounds off, but no more than 8 glasses of water a day for an average person of 165 lbs.

    I've been trying to lose some weight that i always put on about this time of year. I['ve been in college 3 years now and have stayed around the same spot i was in high school. i hope this plan can help me stay on a better track. never new about the water trick.

    I am so glad I finally gave up my chocolate ice cream binges! Especially the artificial ice cream ingredients that are so bad and some filled with chemicals similar to what is used in paint. I still love chocolate ice cream, but finally, my will power and knowledge won over. Yahoo.

    to be honest with you if you can get ahold of the old weight watchers point systems book and eat the foods with the lowest points i garentee you will lose the weight some wheres in the 20 pound range within a month It works....
