I hope they start coming out with more vegan options with veggie burgers. It's suprising how many aren't vegan, but with the vegan segment always growing, it'd make sense for the companies to start shifting in that direction. Word to the wise: The veggie burgers they have at Burger King aren't vegan!

These awards are wrong and the comments are misguided. GRILLERS PRIME by morningstar farms is the ONLY vegie burger that tastes Good ( like a hamburger). you cant argue with facts. Try grillers prime and youll understand my comment

Morningstar Farms Garden Veggie Burgers are very good! I am not vegetarian, and I do love my beef! But for a nice change that is both healthy and flavorful, I like the Garden Veggie Burgers! Give 'em a try!

First off a Veggie "Burger" is not a burger. a burger contains MEAT so while it is healthy and does taste pretty good sometimes, as a
MEAT eater I'm insulted by the use of the word... why doesn't some smart person come up with a great name for a Veggie on a bun? or Pita........................

Who on earth was judging this thing? If you're just talking about taste then Morningstar Farms Grillers Prime is the best tasting--not surprisingly, it's the highest in calories too. I don't think the more bready veggie burgers should count--they're more like muffin substitutes in the form of a burger than meat substitutes.

I have to agree on the Trader Joe's vegetable masala burgers. They are awesome and the ingredients list is wonderful. Alot of those commercial brands ingredients lists contain stuff that most people can't even pronounce, let alone identify.

Tom Lee Farms are good, I agree however they are much higher in fat than the other choices. Also, it is important to note that the only "burger" in the top 3 that is Vegan is the Boca Burger. Quorn and Mornigstar use dairy (although Morningstar makes a Vegan Griller). Tofurky makes a ton of good products as does Yves.

I'm not a vegetarian, and probably never will be, but I absolutely LOVE Boca Burgers. They're a great, healthy alternative for us carnivores because they taste just like beef!

As a pregnant vegetarian, Boca Burgers are one of my favorite ways to get protein...they are jucy and delish and come in so many flavors. The flame grilled are the best - just add some toppings and cheese, throw it under the broiler and your good to go!

I use Peapod, so I'm kind of limited to what Stop and Shop offers. Right now I have the Morningstar Farms patties, sausages, and chicken nuggets for my little boy. He just wuvs bein a vegitarian! I'm working on going vegan... I have to learn how to cook.

Boca Grilled and Cheese veggie burgers by far IMhO are the best! Cook these "burgers" in a lil olive oil and tons of onions and you have yourself a real treat!! Don't forget to try Boca's crumbles, those are good cooked in minced garlic add your favorite taco seasoning and viola'. Yum Yum Yum.

Boca burgers AND Morningstar burgers are GMO garbage. You might as well eat meat that be a test rat for genetically modified soy and corn. Buyer beware....

I'll have to try the Don Lee Farms Veggie Patties! My favorites are Boca Burgers All-Americna Flame Grilled and Morningstar Farms Tomato Basil Pizza Burgers. So delicious!
I also like to buy tofu and make my own burgers. Just a little bit of effort for big taste rewards.
I'm happy to report that Amy's is now readily available in the frozen section of our Wal-Mart Super Store. I've never tried the burgers but the entrees are DELICIOUS and a LOT cheaper at Wal-Mart than at the regular grocery store.
My favorite Veggie burger is the Boca Vegan because it is a basic burger and you can top it with anything and it tastes good. Quorn is good too, but it's not a burger...not quite sure how it made the list?? :)

BOOOOO!!! on big corporate brands that taste like cardboard. Don't buy Morningstar - they are commercially owned by Kellogg. In fact I don't like any of the brands they mentioned. The best veggie burgers are made by Amy's and Sunshine Burgers. Both brands are not only more flavorful - but they are also organic.
