Quorn patties should be first! mmmm......for thanksgiving I actually bought the turkey "log" made by them and it was amazing with cranberry sauce and stuffing. The whole family was taking pieces from me, I'm telling you..I know what's good!

As a vegetarian for the past 15 years, I think that Amy's veggie burgers are the best in terms of flavor--especially the Texas Burger and the California Burger. They tend to cost a dollar or two more per package than other veggie burgers, but I think it's worth it. Anyway, it's still a lot cheaper than meat. For more info look here:

I like the Morningstar Farms-Grillers. They are great on the grill or cooked in a fry pan with a little bit of olive oil-the olive oil gets them nice and crispy. Put some guacamole on the bun and its heaven!

Yes Quorn is good, have purchase the Turkey log for Christmas (the left overs make a good turkey salad). I actually like the Boca Chicken Pattys. I normally go back and forth between Boca and Morningstar burgers. I see Amy's products all the time but haven't purchased any yet, will have to try them the next time I go in our health food store.

I love grillers original!! Those are my absolute fave. I don't like the ones that are like gardenburger. What I like to do with the chik patties is put them in buffalo sauce and bake them like that and you have a buffalo chicken sandwich. mmm...the best!! :D

I just discovered a new one that has become our favorite. I found them at our Costco . They're by Don Lee Farms- Veggie Patties. They come fresh not frozen.Incredible flavor! I made up a recipe with them that we love instead of burger style: Lighly brown in little bit olive oil. Lightly sautee baby arugula(need alot-it shrinks) in little olive oil and season w/ Lawry's salt,& garlic powder . Arrange on patty with crumbled goat cheese on top. Very gourmet and perfect for company.

Morningstar Farms makes a Tomato Basil Pizza Burger that is soooo good! We like it with soy mozzarella cheese on home made french bread. Put it under the broiler for a couple of minutes. Serve with a big green salad and a glass of wine. YUM!
I love the Boca All American Flame grilled...a sprout bun some soy cheese and some cranberry mustard...little lettuce and tomato and you have a filling lunch!

I recently re-discovered Sunshine burgers. You may find them in the frozen foods section of a natural foods store. The garden herb are my fave.
My daughter and I both love MorningStar Farms Grillers.

Having eaten my fair share of very blah veggie burgers, other than my all-time favorite, Lentil and Walnut burger, recipe found in Moosewood, the best that I've come across in the frozen section is Morningstar's Black Bean Burger and a close second is their Tex Mex. These burgers are absolutely delicious with sharp cheddar, avocado, red pepper, red onion, cilantro and chipotle ranch. My family had them for dinner last evening. Yum Yum.

I've eaten MOringstar GArden Veggie burgers for years, but I'm not a vegan...I go for the fast high protein/low fat appeal...and this fits the bill. For a quick lunch, nuke it, chop it up over a salad...or eat in soft tortilla w/horseradish sauce (or flavor boost of your choice) and greens...not bad for a 60 second low fat, low cal, hi protein meal. Thanks All for the advise!!!

I agree that the Don Lee Farms Veggie Patties , from Costco, are the best I have had, if it's grilled. Morningstar Farms has great Chick'n patties, also grilled is best. Then Boca Burgers are next.
Try the Morningstar Veggie Bites.

I've only been a vegetarian for the past Summer, but I have to agree that the Morningstar Veggie Burgers are THE BEST!!!!! I dont really like the BOCA ones, they have a funky flavor....

Don't buy Morningstar Farms. They annoyingly package 2 burgers in each plastic envelope. They are too cheap to package them individually, as Boca does. If you use only one, it's an inconvenience.

Boca Smoked and Italian sausages are to die for. MMM! Morn Star Grillers are my fav. And no cow or other critter had to die for my pleasure. I like that, since I have 4 of my own. In Korea they eat dogs and cats! Poodle with noodle. Yuk.
