Jamba Juice should be on every block and in every city like Walgreen's and Walmart's. Skip the Starbucks and get something that is acuatlly nutritious and great tasting.
The best is Strawberry Surf Rider and Razzmatazz!
VIVA JAMAB JUICE!

Wish you'd have included Robek's in the list. They've closed all the Jamba Juice stores near me, but Robek's is popping up all over the place. Their Yerba Matte Chai is crazy good. I agree, though, that small is the new large. Everything is so big everywhere. No wonder we're all getting so big ourselves!

FUNNY STUFF! Please state BAD AND WORST....for weight gain interested individuals. It seems that every one focuses on weight loss or maintainence.
What would be a good smoothy for gaining weight?
My nephew gained tried to use the peanut butter mood by Jamba juice to gain weight and gained none. He then tried Herbalife's formula 1 chocolate shake as directed and gained 8lbs a week. He needed it too. Now he maintains it and it is all muscle....try that on for size.

Good to know!! I work right by Jamba Juice so I drink a lot of smoothies, but not the gross ones w/ peanut butter or chocolate yuck!! Those are too sweet.....So I guess you're saying that all the other fruit smoothies are okay to drink?? I'm sure there are still some that have a lot of sugar!!

The Smoothie King Hulk was designed for cancer patients fighting nausea, weight loss and lack of appetite. This is promoted as a weight-gain Smoothie and has always been advertised as such. Anyone that reads the ingredients can see that most of the fat and calories comes from the Hagen Das ice cream that is added.

"In my day...There were no fuit juice smoothies...We had rich thick ice cream milk shakes and malts...chaulked full of calories and fat...And we liked it!!!!"
Soy Milk...? YUK! I'll take my chances with the real thing, thank you! Besides, there isn't even a juice bar within 100 miles of where I live, and I'm surviving just fine.

People who customize their food too much are annoying. It's one thing to say "leave this out" or "put this in" but some of these ideas (asking them to replace some of the juice with water?) are ridiculous. Have mercy on the minimum wage workers making these drinks, and the people in line behind you who might not have all the time in the world to spend waiting for you.

You can also freeze bananas for your smoothies incase you don't have a ripe one on hand. Slice bananas with a plastic spoon and toss with orange juice. The juice will help keep the banana from turning brown. Line a cookie sheet with plastic wrap, keep bananas in a single layer and put in freezer just until solid. Place in plastic storage bag and freeze up to 2 months.

Here's the deal with this article-
There are plenty of smoothie places that use REAL fruit instead of artificial flavored syrups. Being high in sugar and carbs isn't a problem with real fruit smoothies. Your body processes natural foods much easier than processed foods. If you are getting an all-natural smoothie than go ahead and get the fruits in it that add the flavor you like. I dare these people to find one person who got fat from eating too many fruits and vegetables.
If you are getting smoothies from places that aren't all natural (fast food restaurants or some mall stops) then you should opt for the small because it might as well be ice cream. The whole point is to eat everything in moderation. Articles like this make people second guess what could be a more healthy choice by not giving all the facts.
