Here are some more great 100 calorie snacks: 1 tablespoon of butter (be sure to try it melted!), 19 teaspoons of mustard, or 1 5.3 ounce potato. Also, you can mix all these things together for a great meal!

These look like some good items to carry to work in my lunchbag. I'm definitely going to try them. So far, I've just started jogging. I can go a quarter of a mile without feeling like I am going to have a heart attack! I'm writing about my quest to get a beach body at www.vacation-tip.com.

I'm glad there are healthier options to the 100-calorie snack packs, many of which are empty calories. I especially like the veggies and humus dip for a snack. Stuff like that doesn't make me seem like I am depriving myself since it tastes good.

I look for low cal + nutritious, which some of these are. Others, even tho low cal. are in the junk food category.

    9. Happy Hour Combo Mix 1/2 cup of tomato juice (22 calories) with ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce, 2 drops of Tabasco sauce, and a dash of lemon juice. Serve over ice with a celery stick and about a dozen dry roasted peanuts (about 60 calories). Have a second "drink" if you like -- no biggie! NO BIGGIE!!! The sodium in this alone will make your fingers swell and the scale will go UP! You would be better off to drink a few beers.

Sounds great if you're into that kind of thing, but I really wish people would stop obsessing and just eat what you want and be happy. Nobody lives forever anyway.
