why do people always have to make some negative comment when a recipe is posted? stick to your mcdonalds and leave the cooking to the grownups.

Makes perfect (and delicious) sense -- same principle as Indian lamb curries, one of my all-time favorites!!

This seems like alot of work for a meal that could be much simpler. Like most people that make chili, I cannot afford Lamb. It's gross anyway. Try this: 3 cans of Red Gold Chilli ready diced tomatoes with onions 1 large can of Brooks Chili ready Hot beans 1 large can of Tomato Juice 3 lbs of ground chuck Chili powder ( at least 1 tablespoon Salt (at least 1/2 teaspoon) Pepper. (at least 1/2 teaspoon) Brown and drain the Ground Chuck, add all of the ingredients together and let it simmer for at least 2 to 3 hours. ( The longer, the better) add some macaroni or spaghetti to the mix, if you like, after it is finished simmering. ( Tortillas are for weenies, have some crackers an shredded cheese if you please)
