When was the last time you ate bologna? Was it back when you were a carefree kid and didn't have to worry about anything -- including how much fat and calories were in bologna? Why have you been avoiding it? Too unhealthy? Too uncool? Either way, I'd like to see salami's nerdy little brother make a comeback. I don't recommend overdosing on processed deli meats made with nitrates, but it's o.k. to splurge on this turkey-based bologna every now and then. Live a little.
