ROCKIN' ROLL

Face it, as good as cinnamon rolls are, they're not exactly a food that should be in "regular rotation" (sorry!).  However, there are times when you really NEED to shove your face in a hot, sticky, cinnamon-y pastry.  When those times arise, DO NOT break down and swallow a Cinnabon, because even the teeny ones have hundreds and hundreds of calories and a ton of fat.  Instead, bake your own right at home.  These sweetened-with-Splenda treats are awesome, and come complete with a cute little tin of icing so you can frost 'em yourself.  They're not only fun and delicious, they're also just 110 calories each. So even if you break down and have TWO (gasp!) you won't do too much damage.
