NEED-A FAJITA!

FAJITA MAKEOVER
HG's Fajitas Fantastico
Ingredients:
1 small onion, sliced
1/4 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1/4 red bell pepper, sliced
4 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced
2 low-carb tortillas
1/4 cup salsa
2 tbsp. reduced-fat sour cream
Directions:
Just slice up onion, peppers, and lean strips of chicken, and sauté them up in a pan spritzed with nonstick cooking spray.  Make sure you cook the chicken well.  Season with salt, pepper and garlic, and pair with some low-carb tortillas, salsa, and a dollop of reduced-fat sour cream.  And there you have it, a low-fat, low-cal fajita fiesta!
