Let's face it, clam chowder, really good, thick, white clam chowder, is one of life's greatest guilty pleasures. But now, thanks to our friends at Campbell's, the word "guilty" can be yanked from that sentence. The label doesn't lie when it promises "a rich and creamy clam chowder made with an abundance of potatoes and tender and succulent clams." An entire can (which is supposed to be TWO servings...yeah, right) contains just three grams of fat and 12 grams of protein. Not bad! If you're counting carbs, you're outta luck...but to the calorie and fat-conscious I say, Clam it up!
