I usually eat my veggies steamed (with a spritz of no-calorie butter spray if I'm feelin' sassy).  But cheese sauce tastes good, let's be honest. As you well know, sauced-up vegetables can be calorie-packed nightmares.  Green Giant's Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots and Cheese is an exception.  This delicious side dish is easy to make and features a light cheese sauce.  And, while these sauced-up veggies have a few more calories than plain ones, they're still pretty low at just 60 per 2/3 cup serving.  So, what are you waiting for?  Eat your veggies!
